Self check-in was easy. Free tea making facilities was nice to have. The kitchenette was well equipped also. The balcony was great to eat outside.
The pillows were horrendous, and I had to use a jumper under it to try and get comfortable.

The room had a good size and a comfortable bed.
The bathroom design needs improvement. The shower head kept turning towards the wall. There was also no barrier to contain the water, so the bathroom floor was wet after showering.

Great Stay Near the Matterhorn

The self check-in system was very convenient! and the staff was wonderful, especially Camille. The room was modern. I could easily access the free Shuttle E-Bus from the hotel, it was just a minute away. Free ski storage was a definite plus.
The shower had a button requiring frequent re-presses, made relaxing difficult. It was quite annoying. I found the location a bit distant from key attractions. The walk to the center took more time than I expected though the bus stop nearby helped somewhat.
