Great Stay Near the Matterhorn

The self check-in system was very convenient! and the staff was wonderful, especially Camille. The room was modern. I could easily access the free Shuttle E-Bus from the hotel, it was just a minute away. Free ski storage was a definite plus.
The shower had a button requiring frequent re-presses, made relaxing difficult. It was quite annoying. I found the location a bit distant from key attractions. The walk to the center took more time than I expected though the bus stop nearby helped somewhat.

The self check-in was easy. The room was also clean.
Pillows were terrible. I had to use a jumper. The room had a mountain view, yet it was unbearably hot, like a greenhouse! I needed to keep the blind closed.
