wonderful stay!
bt telecom tower view comfy room complimentary water
I liked the superior room. it had a bt telecom tower view. the room was comfy and well appointed. i loved the underfloor bathroom heating. A light came on when i opened the door. the refrigerator included complementary water, soft drinks, and milk.
the room was too small. the hairdryer didn't work at all. breakfast did not offer many choices, not even a full english breakfast. croissants came in packets instead of being fresh, and pancakes were cold.

the hotel is in a relatively quiet street. it has a fabulous location. it is conveniently close to both the wigmore hall and the wallace collection. oxford street is just a short walk away.

the breakfast buffet offered many options. it included breads, fruits, cold cuts, and granolas. the team members were efficient and very kind. the positive energy of the manager greeting us every morning made our day!!!

the full length mirror had a socket beside it, perfect for drying hair. there was a convenient pouffe to sit on while doing hair. the hotel has been recently extensively refurbished. everything looks clean and modern.

amazing stay
great location renovated room friendly staff
the location is seriously awesome it's close to everything i wanted to see the newly renovated rooms really impressed me too i mean everything felt super fresh and modern the staff were so friendly and helpful always smiling. plus i found it super convenient. the complimentary water coffee and tea in the room were a nice little touch too i really appreciated that it.
the noise insulation wasn't great i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms especially doors slamming this made it a little hard to relax completely also affected my sleep quality a little bit it was annoying.

my standard room had convenient charging access the size worked great for me and the decor gave off a modern vibe i found the amount of light in the room perfect for doing work or relaxing. it was great.

the check in staff were amazing making sure that i had all that i needed and helping me understand how everything worked they were amazing the bartenders were quick and efficient. the restaurant staff made the mornings much easier.

bond street station is super close a quick three minute walk i found a lot of places i wanted to see are just a short walk from the hotel. everything was so convenient.

Excellent Experience in Marylebone
great location walkable restaurant big towel comfy bed
The location was EXCELLENT. It was walkable to many restaurants. I appreciated the proximity to Harley Street Clinics, just a short walk away. The room featured big towels. Also the beds were comfy. I found the staff friendly and kind.
I thought the room was not very spacious.

fantastic location walkable spot helpful staff modern room
the location is fantastic , walkable to so many spots , and there are plenty of restaurants close by. the recent refurbishment is amazing , and the location in marylebone is ideal. the staff is extraordinary , very helpful , and very caring. the rooms are very comfortable and modern , i really enjoyed this.
the pictures make the lobby appear larger than it actually is and the rooms are quite small.

the breakfast is delicious with diverse options , i loved starting my day with the variety available. the dining room is small , and it offers a nice , intimate setting for breakfast. hot selections were available , and the portions were perfect.

updated products quiet area
I enjoyed the updated bathroom products. They were really nice. the concierge was very helpful and paid close attention to my needs. the area was quiet, great for sleeping soundly overnight.
The breakfast room felt too cold due to excessive air conditioning. It made my morning less enjoyable.

my room was beautiful with excellent facilities. surfaces to put your make-up on were near the mirrors. a full-length mirror was available to use. i really appreciated heated mirrors in the bathroom, which prevented fogging up.

the location is fantastic as it is walkable and plenty of restaurants are nearby. it's a short distance to oxford circle on foot, about 15 minutes. the hotel is near bond station and the elizabeth line, offering direct access to heathrow airport.
