The location was EXCELLENT. It was walkable to many restaurants. I appreciated the proximity to Harley Street Clinics, just a short walk away. The room featured big towels. Also the beds were comfy. I found the staff friendly and kind.

I thought the room was not very spacious.

the location is fantastic , walkable to so many spots , and there are plenty of restaurants close by. the recent refurbishment is amazing , and the location in marylebone is ideal. the staff is extraordinary , very helpful , and very caring. the rooms are very comfortable and modern , i really enjoyed this.

the pictures make the lobby appear larger than it actually is and the rooms are quite small.

I enjoyed the updated bathroom products. They were really nice. the concierge was very helpful and paid close attention to my needs. the area was quiet, great for sleeping soundly overnight.

The breakfast room felt too cold due to excessive air conditioning. It made my morning less enjoyable.

my room was beautiful with excellent facilities. surfaces to put your make-up on were near the mirrors. a full-length mirror was available to use. i really appreciated heated mirrors in the bathroom, which prevented fogging up.

the location is fantastic as it is walkable and plenty of restaurants are nearby. it's a short distance to oxford circle on foot, about 15 minutes. the hotel is near bond station and the elizabeth line, offering direct access to heathrow airport.
