The location was fantastic! It was very close to the main attractions, and I was able to walk everywhere. The staff were amazing. Their communication prior to my arrival was prompt. Breakfast was included and set me up well for the day.
The rooms are not so big.

the location was great! it was just a short walk to the main square, i liked that a lot. the breakfast on the rooftop was really nice, i enjoyed the view while i ate. the staff was friendly! they were always ready to help with anything i needed.
My room was a bit dark, i wish there was more light. the terrace was a little dusty. The seats seemed like they needed a good cleaning. the towels i got were quite old. i had to use my own, a bummer.

the reception staff offered helpful assistance, even with communication in english. they accommodated me promptly when i needed to extend my stay. the hotel is very close to jemaa el-fnaa square. the proximity makes exploring the area simple and easy.
the provided towels was somewhat worn.

the receptionist was cute. staff members were consistently helpful throughout the stay. i also appreciated that they assisted with printing tickets at the reception, a very convenient service.

breakfast took place on the roof terrace each morning. the breakfast offered a nice start to the day. i found the breakfast service prompt and efficient, it was pleasant.

the room included traditional decoration and was of decent size. the ensuite double room had been modernised. my bed offered more comfort than some others i experienced. the bathroom was clean and functional.
