the studio suite gold room upgrade was definitely worth it. it provided more space and comfort. the room had a modern touch, cozier ambiance, and cleanliness was a priority. food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and great presentation.

during check-in, i wasn't told where amenities were. locating block 2 took some guesswork, slightly inconvenient.

i found the late checkout process unclear. there was a €150 charge for staying more than 30 minutes past the set time.

my beautiful double or twin room was quite spacious with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom i found the soundproofing effective despite nearby clubs the balcony offered great views the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast included many varied options and high quality ingredients and presentation. the staff were professional and very helpful.

i noticed a few small areas with slightly worn paint it did not significantly detract from the otherwise excellent condition of the facilities
