early access furnished balcony breakfast variety
the hotel provided an early room access (possibly due to a pre-arrival email). my room featured a furnished balcony with mountain views. the breakfast offered buffet selections and made-to-order dishes.
i encountered a minor issue. i arranged an airport taxi via the concierge, but i never received the emailed receipt as promised by the driver. the hotel offered no response to my follow-up request. this lack of communication was disappointing.

the king room sea view included ample space and comfortable bedding. the hotel offered prompt room service and the staff quickly addressed requests. i found the on-site restaurant convenient (i enjoyed the pasta).
