easy beach access all inclusive food blocked drain smeared prints

The location was amazing with easy beach access. The all inclusive food was very good, also. I found plenty of choice at all mealtimes and looked forward to it. The drinks were also very nice.

I paid more money for an ocean view room and it wasn't provided. Our shower drain was blocked and smeared hand prints was all over the glass doors in the room. I was make the hotel aware but nothing happens.
