The location was great by a calm beach. I found nice eateries and the port for the ferry nearby (perfect for exploring!). The staff was amazing. From reception to cleaners to the animation team, all were cute. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the pool area was immaculate.
The all-inclusive cocktails were only the pre-made ones. I thought they did not taste great. Night entertainment finished early or was not on at all. I wished snacks were available a little later.

The location offered easy beach access. The food at the restaurant seemed abundant, though some options had room for improvement. Rooms received daily cleaning. This was much appreciated. I found the pool area to be immaculate and well-kept.
The limited cocktail options, with only premade choices available, were disappointing. The taste of these cocktails needed improvement. this was a NEGATIVE point .

The reception staff demonstrated helpfulness and a professional attitude. This was reassuring. I received an all-inclusive offer prior to check-in, a convenient perk. Staff generally provided support when needed. I am very appreciative of their assistance.

this place i loved it. a suite in the annexe apartment block worked so well for family and kids. the room had a really handy kitchenette. the main pool was lively with a lovely atmosphere.
some days fresh food made then used until ran out, stale bread and cold eggs not good.

the hotel offered several pools, including one for kids with a pirate ship and there are sun beds for lounging near the main pool. the resort is located very close to local restaurants and bars.

The breakfast had good options, the lunch and dinner was as expected. the pool bar offered convenient service and also included the food. Rose bar access offered unlimited options.
