the bedroom was well equipped. it was also very clean. taxis from the hotel were regular and super quick to arrive , even when there wasn't one already waiting.

i found the sunbeds to be smaller. more of them were packed in so the area felt less exclusive. i also felt the music was played at a very high volume , right from the start.

The resort is beautiful and clean. we felt welcomed until our departure. the staff team is the best we have ever known. they are warm, kind, smiling, and joyful. I especially thank serge, juan, andres, fatima, paula, eva, and virginia.. virginia took excellent care of us. they are all charming and sincerely caring, and we look forward to seeing them again.

i found a slight inconvenience regarding the minibar deposit. we were told a deposit was held for potential minibar charges. i consumed four bottles of water and one bag of chips, roughly 42 euros in total, though we photographed the minibar upon arrival and departure to document this.

the resort was clean, and the staff team was kind.

the room was flooded by rainwater because of poor building design and sewage maintenance. the hotel management knew the room is regularly flooded, but they kept operating this room risking guests' safety (i found it unsettling). our luggage, including designer clothes, got damaged. the room was advertised as 169m², but it was hardly over 40m².

I really appreciated the staff. Their friendliness and cute attitude were excellent. getting a taxi was very easy. The hotel arranged it quickly right outside. i also loved the drinking water in cans. It was high-quality alpine water from austria. the five branded products in the bathroom were also amazing, i liked the quality.

i had a lovely room with a terrace. the superior twin room was well-equipped. the views of dalt villa were beautiful. the staff are super friendly. the food was really good. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet. there were spanish tapas, jamon, sweets, fruits and classics like eggs & bacon and beans.

the music was too loud at the pool. i could not speak with others without shouting. the dj was positioned on a pedestal. the prices are up quite a bit from last year, and it seemed overpriced
