i adored the peaceful ambiance and the subtle background music near the pool. the staff were always available for drink or food requests. the hotel was like a charming little village, which i really appreciated. i was particularly impressed with their attentiveness.
on arrival, i had to wait quite a while at reception. i booked and paid for a laguna room, but it was not available. the replacement paperwork had incorrect details, which caused further delay. i hope they improve their logistics .

i had some issues . our room was not cleaned until 4 pm one day, a bit unusual i thought. also, the constant dj music by the pool was a bit much if you wanted a quiet and peaceful time.

I found that the gym was too small. It felt crowded with just a few people inside.
