friendly service comfortable stay extra effort pleasant celebration
I loved the friendly service from the staff and how well the room was presented. The staff went all out to. They even took extra effort to make our celebrations more pleasant. It's totally worth revisiting. I am so pleased I booked this hotel!
The mini bar had beers and soft drinks, but nothing much else.

the breakfast buffet features a dedicated fruit stand , and i found it to be excellent. the staff ensured the minibars were replenished throughout the day , a very attentive service.
this required some insistence to resolve.

the breakfast buffet had a broad selection , offering various options.
the noise was extraordinary in my panorama beautiful room , , made sleep impossible. the hotel offered earplugs , which indicated they knew about the problem. i requested a different room and got downgraded without a refund for the price difference.
