The hotel detail is beautiful and super clean. Our room had adorable honeymoon decorations and delicious treats. The views were fine. The staff was WONDERFUL. Spa services were divine.
The hotel has many stairs, making it inconvenient for families with small children or elderly individuals.

The infinity pool boasts really good views of distant islands. The pool area is immaculate. Gardeners work diligently to maintain the hotel's beautiful, manicured appearance, with a serene environment for relaxation and enjoyment.

I found the staff very helpful. the hotel arranged a shuttle from the airport. It cost 1700 bht each way. getting a grab into town was easy and cost about 200 bht each way.
i thought the food options were limited. there was only one restaurant for breakfast and one for lunch or dinner. the pools seemed small considering the size of the hotel. when i asked about watersports equipment, i learned it was all broken.

Chef Nikorn really charmed us. He made sure my vegetarian family of six had delicious options, even with our dietary needs.. We loved Thailand because of the care we received. Managers Tukpa and Noah showed great hospitality. The hotel is beautiful and very inviting. I look forward to visiting again soon.
I stayed for two nights and the pool seemed quite small considering the price. The hotel has many steps. This made it difficult with my small children. The breakfast area also was not ideal. I noticed some ants on the buffet table.
