i found the staff in the executive lounge very accommodating. ms. grace, moe, xunlei, and khairie stood out to me. their service was great.. i definitely plan to come back soon. the warm and wide pool was a feature i especially enjoyed.
i found the hotel to be quite old. it seems a bit dated, especially when compared to modern standards. the pre-authorization on my credit card for 950 currency_code was quite high. it covered my two-night stay and an extra 200 currency_code as a security deposit.
