the bed was super comfortable. the room include a very spacious balcony with seating and a garden view, and this was really appreciate.
The room was a little far from the lobby. It require some walking.

poolside room convenient location
we were upgraded to a poolside room. the location was very convenient to nearby facilities and shops.
the music played near the main pool was repetitive. i found it a bit irritating after some time.

clean rooms awesome pool tired places shower grout
I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms. the pool facilities were awesome. The breakfast was delicious. the resort is centrally located. Shopping is only a short walk away (this was convenient!).
the hotel seems a bit tired in places and could use some tlc. this is needed to make it a 4-star hotel. grout in the shower was brown with grime, and the walls had cracks (i noticed this in my suite room).
