The hotel staff were helpful upon arrival! the hotel is on a hill. Bell staff assisted with electric carts. breakfast included a broad offering of foods with eggs cooked to order. there are two pools. One features a swim-up bar, i noticed. all facilities were modern. the hourly shuttle to the beach worked well. the sea view from the room was excellent. the infinity pool looked amazing, i thought. the staff was gentle. breakfast had super nice options and it did not duplicate the next day. the staff were friendly. the room was cleaned daily. Fresh water was replaced daily.

The breakfast buffets offered many choices. I enjoyed American breakfast, fresh fruits and traditional Thai food. The staff was friendly. The golf cart service was available to take us around the hotel.
The hotel is on a steep slope. I waited for a golf cart to get around. Housekeeping operates on a minimalist philosophy. Tea and coffee were sometimes missing.

EVERYTHING worked GREAT. The golf cart service was prompt and helpful getting around the steep hills. Breakfast had a broad range of foods including traditional options and international choices.
The loud music from nearby hotels at NIGHT was a bit of a disturbance.
