The breakfast was good (especially the fresh fruit). The staff was friendly and always willing to assist.
I was disappointed that the room service menu had limited options. I found it difficult to find something suitable for a late-night snack. the wait time for the food was longer than expected (it took almost an hour).

a dreamy stay near the sea
quality amenities breakfast buffet friendly staff relaxed holiday
the team managed my room move with so much care. the room had quality amenities i did not expect. our meals met expectations, especially the breakfast buffet with its wide variety. the staff were always willing to assist with anything, a relaxed holiday.
I found that some small insects were present. It bothered me slightly

fantastic stay with modern amenities
usb ports modern equipment redesigned pools
my room was very well designed with a fresh , clean feel and a great color palette. i appreciated the inclusion of usb ports , , made traveling without chargers easy. the gym had modern equipment and a nice layout.
there was only one mirror in the room , and no plug sockets were close by.

the hotel is situated in a convenient spot near many restaurants , bars , and shops , all within a short five-minute walk. accessibility is slightly challenging , as there are several steps leading up to the reception and down to the pool.

uneven experience
television issue housekeeping improvement
I was a bit disappointed with the upkeep. the television wasn't working for four days, and there was no explanation. i was told that everyone's television was affected, and they were working on it. housekeeping also needed improvement. I constantly requested amenities, and found potato chips under the bed that previous visitors had left behind. this was not something i expected.
