crowded pool areaspotty wi-fi
The pool area was rather crowded and noisy. Finding a lounger was a daily challenge, though I did eventually manage. the 'gym' was more of a storage closet with three treadmills squeezed in. i attempted to use the equipment but the air conditioning was broken. And it was hot and stuffy making exercise unbearable! it was like a sauna not a fitness center. And i quickly gave up. also. The Wi-Fi was spotty in certain areas. Especially near the pool.

i liked how quickly room service arrived. the rooms were thoroughly cleaned and had a fresh scent. the cookie offered at check-in was a lovely detail. our room near the pool was really nice, even if the decor showed some wear. (another room my friends had on an upper floor was recently renovated and looked very fancy.)
the decor was a bit outdated in parts.

the staff, especially lena at the front desk, offered efficient assistance. porsche at the shore restaurant was also very attentive. she thoughtfully arranged a food tray for a sick member of our group.

the breakfast had varied options and tasted good. the mojito bar was ideally situated near the beach. kritt and alis at the mojito bar were helpful and friendly.
a step down at the door created a tripping hazard. the room was just ok, nothing special.
