The pool rules were unclear. I also noticed another family barefoot at the pool without any issues.

I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff . Breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel provided convenient access to the metro, a short walk away. The room temperature was comfortable, and the bed was cozy.

The gym required payment for entry to the pool and steam and sauna. This surprised me.

The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern, clean, and very well kept. Electric roller blinds were a plus and ensured good sleep. The self-service shop available 24/7 was convenient. Breakfast offered MANY tasty options, especially the fruit and cheese selection.

The pool rules could have been communicated better before arrival.
