The hotel is centrally located near the Ramblas. I found the marina a short five-minute walk away. Several tapas bars and restaurants are close by. The breakfast buffet was excellent with attentive staff.

I noticed the rooms could use a bit more light, and a full-length mirror would be helpful.

The hotel is centrally located and very close to the tram and port. The breakfast included a lot of choices. I appreciated the varied fresh selection. Waiting staff worked hard to ensure it was replenished frequently and tables were clean.

the breakfast had a lot of options. the hotel is in a great location for restaurants. the shower in the bathroom was great.

the air conditioning in the room was broken on arrival. staff did not believe me when i reported this. it was difficult to move me but i was moved to another room. the venting pipes were noisy at night.

the location has proven quite good. it sits conveniently close to the tram and restaurants. the coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch and i found it convenient. the staff was helpful and provided quick assistance whenever i needed it.

The safe in my room did not function. the door did not shut properly. It needed to be slammed. there was no air conditioning, the room became quite hot at night. i did have some problems with the room.
