The hotel provided a comfortable stay. the breakfast buffet had many high-quality food choices. the staff assisted me quickly, this was appreciated. the hotel is very close to the famous promenade. It was easy to access the city's attractions. i found this aspect particularly valuable.

my room faced an internal part of the building, so natural light was minimal, it was a slight downside.

the hotel's central location made exploring easy (everything was so close!). the staff was friendly and helpful. my room was super clean and included several amenities. i found great value for the price i paid.

i noticed a slightly noisy air conditioning unit in my room, but it was manageable.

The hotel is centrally located and very close to the tram and port. The breakfast included a lot of choices. I appreciated the varied fresh selection. Waiting staff worked hard to ensure it was replenished frequently and tables were clean.

the breakfast had a lot of options. the hotel is in a great location for restaurants. the shower in the bathroom was great.

the air conditioning in the room was broken on arrival. staff did not believe me when i reported this. it was difficult to move me but i was moved to another room. the venting pipes were noisy at night.

good location convenient coffee machine helpful staff faulty safe problematic door no air conditioning

the location has proven quite good. it sits conveniently close to the tram and restaurants. the coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch and i found it convenient. the staff was helpful and provided quick assistance whenever i needed it.

The safe in my room did not function. the door did not shut properly. It needed to be slammed. there was no air conditioning, the room became quite hot at night. i did have some problems with the room.
