fantastic experience!
central location helpful staff amazing view
the location is amazing. i walked easily to the blue mosque and hagia sofia. the staff helped organize my tours, it was super convenient. the rooftop bar had amazing views, i enjoyed drinks there every evening.
my room was near the elevator, i heard some noise at night. it was occasional, but it did bother me a little.

the breakfast buffet included a lot of variety. i saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. the gozleme station was amazing with ladies that make the food just when you ask for it.

the front desk provided great advice. the staff assisted me with directions and transportation. they waited outside with me for my taxi at 3 am which was really awesome of them.

outdated furnishings street noise
The location was acceptable. It was a short walk to many historic sites.
Our room was a bit of a disappointment because it was smaller than expected, and the furnishings felt outdated. the noise from the street was also a problem, traffic started early and it was hard to sleep well. it really detracted from my stay. I hoped for more peace and quiet.

The rooftop terrace offered fine views of the Marmara Sea and the city. The terrace included a restaurant with very good food. The hotel served homemade gozleme which I found very delicious.

I found the staff most helpful and pleasant. This enhanced my visit. the room was large, clean, and very comfortable. It had all necessary amenities. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was abundant and varied. the hotel's central location allowed easy access to major historical sites. It made exploring simple.
The air conditioning seemed ineffective. It slightly impacted my overall comfort.

fresh gozleme helpful staff ineffective air conditioning scam tour
the hotel breakfast included a varied and plentiful selection. i especially enjoyed the freshly made gozleme each morning!!! the staff were helpful and friendly, always willing to answer questions and offer assistance.
the air conditioning in my room was not very effective. i tried to arrange a tour guide through the hotel, but the guide they recommended was not good. i felt it was a total scam!!!

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. was good. the breakfast had a very good and nice selection to choose from. the evening meals were good!
I'm italian today trustworthy hotel amira in istambul is a nice hotel pretty close to the man touristic spots! be aware that the hotel is located at the bottom part of the hill. So it's walking distance. But uphill.
