I found the staff very professional and helpful. The receptionists spoke good English and gave us a map showing local attractions. The bedroom, located on the first floor, was beautiful , just as depicted in the pictures. I appreciated the complimentary cake, biscuits, and fruit in the room.

The breakfast offered multiple delicious choices. The staff was helpful and friendly, always quick to help with a request. The location was great and very central to many attractions. Afra and Furkan provided great assistance with recommendations and directions throughout my stay.
The wifi was sometimes unreliable during peak hours.

the staff was excellent and provided a cute atmosphere. i found the location ideal, near several attractions. the hotel was quite clean. the closeness to the tram and major mosques simplified transit and sightseeing. breakfasts provided a tasty start to the day.
i found the bed quite noisy. this noise affected sleep quality. i wish something could address this issue.
