excellent stay!
varied food renovated room quality cocktails talented dancers
The food had so many options! it changed daily. our room was renovated and looked very nice. i asked for robes and slippers. They provided everything i needed. cocktails at the bar were really good quality, even though they didn't use import alcohol. the bartenders made any cocktail i requested. the animation team was very good. They included everyone in the activities. the evening shows had very talented dancers.
The minibar in the room only had water. I thought that was poor for the price i paid.

The hotel has several pools. One is large and another caters for children. one additional pool offered quieter areas with screened sunbeds, but guests secured them early. a swim-up bar at one pool was not accessible.

the staff was always willing to assist. a young staff member named mahmud took care of the dining area during dinner. he was very pleasant and respectful to guests. the front desk team provided warm hospitality and efficiency.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
maintained gardens separate seating area buffet restaurant dedicated service
I found the gardens well maintained. the room featured a separate seating area in addition to the balcony. the main buffet restaurant offered many selections at both breakfast and dinner (the pancakes were great!). i especially appreciated mina at the relax pool bar. He consistently delivered drinks to the sunbeds.

the room included two beds and a television. a mini bar stocked with beverages and snacks was available at an extra charge. fresh pool towels arrived daily, sometimes crafted into appealing towel art.

waiters were generally attentive at the buffet restaurant, often memorizing drink orders after the first visit. lifeguards provided assistance with towels and windbreaks on the beach. cabanas surround the relax pool area, offering shade.

attentive lifeguards personalized cocktails excellent service
I appreciated the attentive lifeguards. They remembered where we liked to sit. They put our towels out for us each morning. Mina at the adult-only pool bar was really good. He made personalized cocktails and delivered them to our loungers.
The gym was a bit small and only had basic equipment.

the water park was acceptable for my family.
The food was not great. It tasted the same every day. i would not call it a 5-star experience. The food was often cold, really disappointing.

repetitive shows early towels
The evening entertainment? Let's just say it was less than thrilling. The shows seemed repetitive. They featured the same performers doing similar acts, just with different themes. I wanted to relax poolside, but the whole place seemed to operate on some kind of unwritten towel reservation system. Guests put towels on sunbeds before sunrise, even if they didn't actually use them until hours later. Good luck finding a spot after 7 AM, even if hundreds of beds sat empty.

renovated rooms great animation daily shows
the rooms were renovated and looked good! i was able to ask for robes and slippers. everything i needed was provided. the animation team was very good and included every type of person in their activities! every evening, there was a different show with great dancers.
the pool bar was closed .

attentive staff comfortable beds poor quality acidic cocktails
the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable the minibar included water which was a plus. i found the waiting staff in the main restaurant very attentive they were quick with drink refills.
the drinks quality was poor branded alcohol was missing which i found disappointing. the beer tasted like water i also found the cocktails were not mixed well and tasted too acidic
