mixed feelings about the stay
unsecure room dated furniture
The staff was helpful overall. I especially thank the pool and sunbed services by mustaffe and kalid at the bar for looking after us near the top pool during the holiday.
On arrival, the door wouldn't secure shut, the magnetic lock didn't work, and the display light wouldn't light up when inserting my card. Therefore the room was unsecure. i reported it to reception, and someone came and replaced the batteries within 30 minutes. i found the furniture to be dated and the fridge and air conditioner were quite loud at night.

solid choice for a restful vacation
quick service clean towels sea view
The service at the pool bar was quick and efficient. there were always clean towels available near the pool. my room had a balcony with a partial view of the sea, it was a superior double or twin room pool view. the room service was prompt. My requests were handled quickly.
The variety of drinks included in the all-inclusive package could be expanded. Many premium options required an extra charge.

The hotel had multiple pools including a main pool with designated shallow areas for children and a quieter pool, though the main pool got quite busy. a well kept tennis court was on the premises. I saw several guests using it! the gym had a few treadmills and some weight machines.

the hotel is located near the beach, access is direct and convenient though it can get crowded. nearby shops are available within a short walking distance providing necessities and souvenirs. there are also some local restaurants within a 10-minute taxi ride.

the buffet restaurant had a varied selection of food, including some local dishes though it was often repetitive! the à la carte restaurants, particularly the italian one, offered a better dining experience. a poolside snack bar provided quick bites throughout the day.

underwhelming stay
faulty lock repetitive food
My stay wasn't the best. the room i received initially was not what i expected. It was quite worn down (i definitely felt disappointed). the balcony door had a faulty lock, a significant security concern, and it took far too long to resolve. also, the food options were limited and often repetitive. i wish there had been more variety and attention to detail in the room's upkeep. i really wanted it to be better.

The room service was quick. The staff responded quickly to requests. I LOVED the large swimming pools. There were always ample sun beds available.
The public restroom areas needed more regular cleaning. Attention to detail was lacking. The African bar was too small. It closed very early.

Excellent Stay at Great Value
excellent care room upgrade various pools nice assistance
Doaa provided excellent care. She gave assistance during my vacation. The room upgrade was very nice. The resort included several pools for all visitors.
The gym lacked air conditioning and felt a bit hot.

The facility had proximity to the beach, offering convenient access. The site features a long jetty to access coral reefs, so I went snorkeling.

The beautiful room was modern and spacious. There was a comfortable bed. The room included a stocked mini bar that was refilled everyday with soft drinks and water.

The restaurant provided fresh pizza made to order. The ala cart restaurants gave good food and service. A good selection of beverages was available, so everyone found something to drink.

The reception desk was always helpful and friendly. The staff assisted guests very quick with requests. Mrs Doaa provided really good service by addressing questions and meeting needs throughout the stay.
