The service at the pool bar was quick and efficient. there were always clean towels available near the pool. my room had a balcony with a partial view of the sea, it was a superior double or twin room pool view. the room service was prompt. My requests were handled quickly.

The variety of drinks included in the all-inclusive package could be expanded. Many premium options required an extra charge.

The hotel had multiple pools including a main pool with designated shallow areas for children and a quieter pool, though the main pool got quite busy. a well kept tennis court was on the premises. I saw several guests using it! the gym had a few treadmills and some weight machines.

the hotel is located near the beach, access is direct and convenient though it can get crowded. nearby shops are available within a short walking distance providing necessities and souvenirs. there are also some local restaurants within a 10-minute taxi ride.

My stay wasn't the best. the room i received initially was not what i expected. It was quite worn down (i definitely felt disappointed). the balcony door had a faulty lock, a significant security concern, and it took far too long to resolve. also, the food options were limited and often repetitive. i wish there had been more variety and attention to detail in the room's upkeep. i really wanted it to be better.

The room service was quick. The staff responded quickly to requests. I LOVED the large swimming pools. There were always ample sun beds available.

The public restroom areas needed more regular cleaning. Attention to detail was lacking. The African bar was too small. It closed very early.

Doaa provided excellent care. She gave assistance during my vacation. The room upgrade was very nice. The resort included several pools for all visitors.

The gym lacked air conditioning and felt a bit hot.
