a generally adequate stay
spacious room daily cleaning available sunloungers artificial cocktails poor quality crowded buffet
the room was quite spacious it was cleaned daily. tea coffee and water were restocked regularly i appreciated that. the cleaning staff definitely deserve recognition. the pools were large enough there were always sunloungers available.
the drinks were a major letdown the cocktails were pre-made and tasted artificial. beer gin vodka rum and whisky were available but the quality was poor. all meals were served in a buffet style setup it felt overcrowded and chaotic.

My room featured a large living area. It also included a separate bedroom and a bathroom. The bathroom came equipped with a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and twin sinks. I had a ground floor room. The balcony opened onto well-manicured gardens.
The food was tasty but very repetitive. After a few days, the same dishes became boring. The hotel lost a star because of it.. I think themed nights would improve variety. I observed limited sunbed space on the beach.

Comfortable Stay with Some Minor Issues
food selection large pools shuttle service
I appreciated the diverse food selection at the main restaurant. The variety was great and I always found something to enjoy. The pools were also a highlight. They were large and well-kept. I liked the convenience of the shuttle service to the beach. It ran frequently and saved time.
It made relaxing by the pool difficult. I hope the hotel addresses this soon to improve the guest experience.

The hotel is located a short distance from Soho Square. The beach is accessible via a frequent shuttle service for all guests. Airport transfer is quick, only about a five-minute drive.

My Mountainside King Beautiful Room Pool View had a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom. The room included standard amenities such as a safe and minibar. Regular housekeeping service kept the room tidy throughout my stay.

Staff at the restaurants were attentive. The reception staff offered assistance with check-in and check-out procedures. Shuttle drivers were punctual, ensuring timely transport throughout the resort grounds.

diluted wine extra charge
The food was acceptable and did offer some variety.
The staff seemed annoyed when I asked for a bigger glass. The wine tasted watered down and , made me doubt about the quality. Ice cream was available only for an extra charge and all-inclusive guests should not have to pay extra for ice cream.

an ok stay but some issues exists
repetitive food power cut
the buffet needed improvement. the food was too repetitive. it was difficult to find something new to eat after a few days. also, the power cut off two nights and the fire alarm went off. it made it hard to sleep and the air conditioning did not work.
