our third visit felt so familiar. the staff remembers us, always cute us back with smiles. melad at the pool bar offered refreshing drinks. hany in the lobby bar poured our favourite cocktails. ibbi, the food and beverage manager, ensured our time was wonderful.

the gym equipment felt slightly outdated.

the check-in process was fast and efficient upon arrival. the gardens are good offering a visually pleasing landscape. the rooms are immaculate showing high attention to detail. i found the staff well-trained making the stay pleasant.

i observed that the entertainment started quite late. this made it difficult to enjoy due to my preference for early rising. i was looking forward to earlier evening activities.

i stayed in a beautiful room pool view. the room included a comfortable king-size bed. the housekeeping team ensured my water and mini fridge were stocked daily, they also created towel art. the large heated swimming pool was so comfortable for swimming.

the level of hospitality from some hotel staff felt variable.

The food had great variety and taste. Everything was perfect. The crystal clear sea impressed me. I was completely relaxed . I had so much fun at the pier snorkeling and looking at fishes and coral.

My room did not have enough drawers. The floors was cold. The wardrobe was small. The room was so huge, but felt so empty.
