the location was good. it was near shopping areas. the room have a balcony. the kitchen makes it easier to stay with kids.
the gym are outdated and dirty. staff are not so attentive like in other thai hotels. breakfast does not have many choices for a 5 star place.

The service was poor, particularly at breakfast. Staff at the restaurant seemed to be trainees and could not set tables properly or get the breakfast order correct. The room cleaning staff did not refill toiletries and I had to call them.
