The location proved quite convenient. It allowed for easy access to nearby areas.
The room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. It smelled strongly of smoke. i confirmed the hotel was non-smoking, yet the smell persisted throughout my stay. the breakfast selection was also unremarkable. It offered basic options without much variety.

broken wall tileslow response
the bathroom had some issues. one of the wall tiles fell off and broke. i contacted the front desk multiple times, but nobody came to inspect the room until much later.. housekeeping eventually helped us change rooms. i also requested some baby food accommodations, but the hotel stuck to its menu.

During my four-night stay, the front desk staff offered assistance with directions. Housekeeping kept the room super clean. The breakfast buffet had various choices. I appreciated the proximity to numerous restaurants and shops. It was a definite advantage.
One morning, there was no hot water available for showers. This was a bit inconvenient. I trust the management will address this issue promptly to ensure a consistently comfortable stay for all guests.
