noisy air conditioning unhelpful receptionist
the hotel restaurant provided a great dinner.
I found the air conditioning in the room quite noisy. It made restful sleep difficult. the receptionist, a woman named lamood, was not very helpful and seemed rude. the location was also a bit disappointing since there wasn't much to see or do nearby.

kind staff clean hotel luxurious amenities road noise loud ac dead streets
the staff was very kind and hospitable. the hotel was super clean. it was luxurious and well maintained.
noise from the road and very loud ac made it hard to relax at night. the surrounding streets were pretty dead. i ended up spending most of my time in other areas.

attentive staff mrt system comfortable bed
i appreciated the attentive staff who promptly ordered transportation. they explained the mrt system well. the location was suitable for accessing the sights i wanted to see. i found the bed comfortable and quiet.
the gym had limited equipment with dumbbells only up to 10kg.
