the hotel is right next to public transport and terminal 21. the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. there were many nice touches in the room like toiletries, a kettle, and free water.
i booked a beautiful room without hot water. the problem was not solved . i had to shower in cold water, so i never used the bathtub.

convenient stay in the heart of it all
skytrain stationthai food
I appreciated the proximity to the skytrain station. it made getting around the area simple. the hotel restaurant, indulge, offered tasty thai food. the cleanliness of the room was also notable. It had a nice decor.
the air conditioning was quite noisy. its fan speed was not adjustable to a lower setting.

The location is amazing, really close to public transport. It's super convenient! i was also pleased that the hotel provided unlimited refills of drinking water in the room, really helpful especially after a long day of exploring.
The air conditioning was a bit old and made some noise. It made it a little tough to sleep soundly!
