limited selectionweak pressure
the breakfast buffet lacked variety. i noticed only a couple of cheese options and one type of salami. they did not meet expectations for a hotel of this caliber. the water pressure in the shower was WEAK, it took a while for the water to warm up. these issues affected my stay.

the resort had large, modern rooms. the bathroom included a large shower. i found the staff very friendly and available around the clock. the pool area was clean and well maintained with food and drink service. (the cocktails were my favourite!).
check-in took longer than expected upon arrival.

the gym was acceptable with a wide range of equipment.
I was a bit let down that the hotel didn't really meet my expectations of a five-star hotel. the shower had nearly no water pressure, and it took a while for the water to get warm. That was annoying. i also found a cockroach and a spider in the room . The room was clean but seemed a bit outdated.
