Wonderful Stay Near Yala!

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They enhanced the experience. The buffet offered delicious, fresh food. It included varied options not found in other hotels. The koththu at the live food station and the hoppers were excellent. The bed was comfortable with very fluffy pillows.
My balcony lacked a view of the lake. Instead, a large tree obstructed the view, and the sound of people at the pool was constant.

Very nice stay amidst nature

The hotel blends beautifully with the surrounding nature. I loved the fantastic swimming pool. I especially enjoyed watching the local wildlife (monkeys, birds, and lizards) directly from the premises. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff friendly.
Mosquitoes were quite abundant, especially after dark. This made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor areas in the evenings. I think the hotel should warn guests about the mosquito issue.

I stayed in a beautiful king room with a balcony. The room was reasonably sized. I slept well. The food choice was great and meals were enjoyable.
It took me 30 minutes to check out. I asked twice for luggage collection. There was confusion over the bill. Items were missed. It caused so much confusion I wished I hadn't bothered mentioning it.
