authentic flavors unique architecture
The buffet offered authentic flavors and international options. i also enjoyed the architecture. It really complemented the nature reserve.
the pool was smaller than what the pictures showed. it was a small disappointment.

comfortable bed friendly staff pot holed road dim lighting
The individual bungalows provided very nice accommodation (they looked really good). I found the large bed and dressing area comfortable. The staff was friendly, especially in the dining room.
The road to get to the place had potholes. I thought the lighting in the room was a little dim. i think they can improve it.

the location provides a nature-focused ambiance. the staff was friendly! the attentive service enhanced our experience. the hotel offered comfortable rooms with amenities.

the premises include a swimming pool! i saw that many peacocks and monkeys move freely around the hotel grounds. everything felt very secure with staff and guards present, even when wildlife looked.

elephant decoration really good service great safari
I enjoyed the special touches upon arrival. The Jungle Chalet Twin Safari featured elephant and leaf decorations on the bed. Danushka, my waiter, provided really good service. His English was excellent. The hotel organised a great safari. I saw many animals.
The breakfast buffet had limited options for specific dietary needs.

helpful staff efficient cleaning wildlife knowledge
The service staff was very helpful. My room was super clean thanks to the efficient cleaning service. The open-air restaurant and bar areas were quite nice. The safari tour was nice thanks to the guide's profound wildlife knowledge..
The pool area needed a little maintenance, as I observed a few missing tiles.

Okay stay
friendly staff ideal location missing tile average food
The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The location is ideal. It seemed like we were REALLY immersed in nature. I saw peacocks EVERYWHERE!!!
The pool area looked a bit tired. Some tiles were missing from the pool. The buffet was average. The food wasn't AMAZING!!!
