decent hotel stay
direct access unique experience helpful staff
The direct pool access from my pool access blue wing room was a big plus. i also appreciated the meal delivery by boat . It was a unique experience. the staff members were generally friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any requests.

ineffective air conditioning shabby room
The resort had staff that were friendly and professional (always a plus).
The air conditioning was not very effective, I could not leave it on during the day. This made the room quite hot at night. The rooms felt a bit shabby overall. Those expecting pristine accommodations may be disappointed.

The staff were helpful. They provided prompt service. The room was a nice size and it was clean. Direct pool access was a highlight.
The AC was noisy. It was difficult to control the temperature in the room. The breakfast had a limited selection.
