a mixed bag of experiences.
clean roombathroom layoutlack of privacy
the room was clean. the big bed was a plus.
The bathroom layout was odd. There was a separate toilet room and a separate shower room. the sink was in the communal space. This lacked privacy. i found it inconvenient to wash my hands after using the toilet in the middle of the night without disturbing my partner.

The hotel smelled wonderful each day. Breakfast included many choices including decaf options. Two pools were available and sun loungers seemed plentiful. The hotel is also well positioned near the main restaurant area and beach front.

the standard of room cleaning was high. the hotel itself is nicely decorated. i found it easy to access the hotel. the location is great. for a safe and family friendly resort.
the jacuzzi was broken all week. drinks are expensive at 12 euros for a cocktail. there was very little alcohol content. i don't know what's gone wrong with the canteen.

the hotel's cleanliness was very excellent. i found all members of staff to be friendly and efficient. the location of this hotel is also very convenient (close to many attractions).
the wardrobe hanging space was not adequate for longer items. the back pool area had strict rules about outside food and drinks. i also noticed there was no clear smoking policy, a little bothersome.

the room was kept clean, which i guess is the bare minimum i expect for what i paid.
the noise levels were ridiculous. i could hear everything from the hallway, and the soundproofing was nonexistent. the promised 'quiet' retreat turned into a constant battle against slamming doors and loud conversations at all hours. the staff did nothing about it (despite multiple complaints).
