charming seaside stay
superb locationprofessional receptionfabulous viewvegan options
the hotel had a superb location near the expo center. my room had a fabulous view of the beach from its balcony. the restaurant provided good food with limited vegan options such as baked beans and hummus.
the safe in my room was very old it resembled a wooden box with a key instead of a modern code system.

the room was modern and comfortable maid service occurred every day it was clean and tidy. balconies need refurbishment as furniture is worn out. i found the bed and pillows very comfy.

all staff were cute and very helpful with any requests. breakfast service was excellent with good coffee the dining room was immaculate. service in the hotel restaurant was again superb.

the hotel is well located right in front of the beach making access easy. the pool and sunbathing areas were well kept providing a relaxing environment. garden areas were well kept creating a lovely atmosphere.

breakfast had a lot of choice with healthy options and really good coffee. i was unable to get poached eggs. the breakfast buffet offers many choices including a diverse selection of fruits and vegetables.

the hotel location is fine. it is near the marina and close to the centre. my room was clean and well maintained to a good standard.
the shower was hard to use because of the fixed glass panel. i thought it was poorly designed. the safe was an old wooden box with a key, which i didnt feel safe using.

The hotel provided a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. the staff were helpful and quick to resolve a minor issue with my air conditioning. i also appreciated the variety of options available at the pool bar. The prices seemed fair. the entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging. The aquagym was energizing.
i noticed some wear and tear on the sea front sunbeds. they could benefit from some updates.
