spacious room warm bathroom comfortable bed helpful staff
The room was very spacious! the bathroom included all toiletries and nice smelling shower gel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I enjoyed the large, warm room, and the hotel staff phoned taxis for me every night. It was helpful!
The hotel location is on a steep street. though it was manageable.

good coffee city center
The breakfast offered plenty of options, both savory and sweet, and the coffee was also good. The staff helped me a lot. The entire space was comfortable. The hotel location is close to the city center.
My room was small. There is a slope, which can be difficult to walk

My room included a little balcony. The AC was working well. I found complimentary tea and coffee that I could ask for again.
The complimentary toiletries provided were insufficient. They were not always replenished. I also thought my washroom was small.

soundproofing issues
thin walls noise disturbance
the location was near the city center, making it fairly convenient.
the walls of my room seemed really thin, i could clearly hear the family staying next door, even their snoring kept me up. i ended up wearing headphones most of the time to try and get some peace. this is bad because being able to sleep well is a basic need for a hotel stay.

helpful staff great variety 24 7 reception thin wall loud neighbor snoring noise
the staff were very helpful , especially inha. she went out of her way to. the breakfast had a great variety. reception is open 24/7.
the room walls are thin. i had a family in the room next to me who were loud , and you could hear everything. i couldn't relax after a long day. even when the family next door was sleeping , i could hear the man snoring.
