pleasant hotel near the danube
excellent locationfriendly staffcomfortable bedwide selection
the location was excellent for exploring. staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. my room included a comfortable king bed. the breakfast was great (especially the wide selection of salads).
the gym had limited equipment.

I appreciated the hotel's prime location because most attractions were within walking distance. The staff provided excellent service and were genuinely helpful with directions. I also found the breakfast offerings superb with a wide variety of options available each morning.
The gym equipment was a bit dated.

The location was acceptable and made it easy to walk around.
I was disappointed by the outdated furniture. It looked like it came straight from the 80s. The receptionist seemed to be having a bad day because she was shouting at another guest. What a welcome!!!

The wellness area was lovely. The pool provided a pleasant experience. the sauna felt good after a long day. i especially enjoyed the massage. It was excellent after all that travel.
I found the hotel outdated. the furniture seemed to come from a previous era. during check-in, the receptionist had a disagreement with another visitor, and voices were raised. I found it unprofessional.

The location was excellent as everything was nearby. The breakfast opened early at 6.30 and it was a big plus. The spa included a beautiful swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, a steam room and a relaxing room.
I booked a room with a Danube River view. I ended up paying more at check-in. The charging system was very slow. I found cheaper parking just a short walk from the hotel.
