the breakfast selection impressed me. i found the variety great. staff were friendly and efficient too. the hotel is also near the old town. it's about ten minutes by foot.

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning in my Executive Double Room access to Rooftop Lounge barely worked, resulting in a VERY uncomfortable room temperature. This made sleeping REALLY difficult.

The air conditioning didn't work well , i found that really disappointing. i reported the issue to reception, but they said they already knew about it from other rooms and couldn't do anything without a technician. also, the room wasn't very clean. I found some dark stains on a bathrobe, and there were traces of limescale in the toilet. it wasn't the experience i was hoping for, especially considering the hotel's reputation.

the breakfast was acceptable with a good variety of options.
The air conditioning was insufficient, it barely cooled the room. there was no hot water in the shower. I reported this to reception. they told me they knew about the problem and could not fix it immediately. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard.
