good variety helpful staff jungle viewpoint
the breakfast provided good variety. the staff was helpful. i appreciated the viewpoint near the room.
the internal shuttle service had only two tuktuks which caused unpredictable delays.

pleasant stay with minor issues
quiet pool beautiful garden remote location slow shuttle
the pool area was great. i found it quiet and relaxing. the garden was also beautiful (i liked the design).
the location isn't ideal since it is not close to many attractions. you need to take a taxi to reach the beach or the market. waiting for the shuttle was frustrating, especially when i just wanted to quickly grab something from my room.

quick transport clean pool
the bungalow was spacious and well-kept. natural light entered the room through the large windows, offering views of the surrounding krabi landscape. the hotel provided a shuttle service for quick transport to the reception or pool. it made navigating the hilly terrain convenient. the pool was clean and offered amazing views.

adequate stay with some issues
slow shuttle service unusable hot tub
the shuttle service was quite slow a long wait occurred several times. the hot tub had issues with bugs this made it unusable. i understand the resort is in a jungle but a better cleaning process would improve this.

the hotel offers shuttle service for transport within the hotel. the breakfast buffet included many choices, and the omelette station was efficient. i enjoyed the spacious room and the comfortable bed. the hotel provided a little jungle feel.
