quick accessdirty tableswet towel
the location had quick access to taxis.
The breakfast was an absolute disaster. Tables weren't cleaned between guests, quite a departure from the hygiene standards i saw elsewhere. the hotel only provided one towel for the onsen. Using a wet towel after being in public areas isn't my idea of luxury.

missing shelvessmudged mirror
the check-in process felt disjointed because the reception was on the seventeenth floor. there weren't any bellhops to help with luggage on the ground floor and that seemed odd. my room didn't have enough drawers or shelves. i also noticed some smudges on the bathroom mirror, something i didn't expect from a place charging SO much.

Relaxing stay with AMAZING onsen!

I extended my stay because of the spa. I appreciated the cleanliness and laundry facilities. The onsen and sauna were a treat after exploring. I accessed it late at night and early in the morning.
The staff seemed overworked, possibly due to understaffing.

The hotel features a gym with running machines. There is also a laundrette for guest use. I found the bistro near the hotel entrance, Café Boo, excellent. The room offered a bathtub and separate shower.
The hotel was crowded, made the lobby a bit messy.

The staff were friendly and professional during check-in. They promptly provided an extra bottle of water when my wife requested it by phone. I believed that the hotel had a wonderful night view, and the service attitude was nice to guests.
