the provided towels were new and soft. the hotel offered complimentary toiletries.. shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were available in the bathroom. a convenience store on the premises sold drinks and snacks.

subway station convenience store nearby market bad pillow added support
i appreciated the hotel was close to several subway stations. there was convenience stores nearby, also a market was across the street, very handy.
the pillows are not good. my partner hardly had one that was a pillow and i had to used a blanket for added support, they have no extra available.

helpful design tourist spot
the hotel provided easy access to tourist spots. i noticed many amenities inside the room. it had a functional design that i found very helpful.
The metro station was not very close. It required some walking.

a decent hotel in a good location
excellent cleanliness self service small room small bathroom
the cleanliness was excellent i liked that after check in it was all self service. fresh towels and toiletries were provided every day this was convenient.
the room was very small it was difficult to manage luggage and personal items. the bathroom was also quite small only one person could barely fit inside

The location was acceptable, close to the bus station.
The breakfast room was TERRIBLE. There was only a small space with poor food placement. There was also NO real lobby. It lacked seating or standing areas for groups.

large tv laundry facilities efficient staff
The tv was large, a great plus. i liked the laundry facilities and their reasonable prices. I found them to be convenient. the staff sorted things out efficiently when needed, something i always appreciate.
the air conditioning system is centralized, preventing individual temperature adjustments in the room.

the under-bed storage maximized space, offering plenty of room for luggage. all necessary toiletries were available and generously provided. the tv also included a screen share option, very convenient to use.

Multiple elevators served different building sections. This helped avoid long waits. a bus stop directly outside offered convenient access to shibuya, quite handy. i noticed the option to store luggage for free, always a plus.

The staff was friendly! they also offered a complimentary drink upon check-in. That was a kind gesture. the check-in and check-out processes were easy and fast, so i had no complaints there.

Wonderful stay in central location
staff service warm hospitality general comfort
I am very pleased with the staff's service and warm hospitality. The cleanliness provides overall comfort. I have recommended this place to many. I look forward to my stay early next year.
Adjusting the air conditioning was not possible, as it was only controlled centrally. This made the room uncomfortably warm.
