The tv was large, a great plus. i liked the laundry facilities and their reasonable prices. I found them to be convenient. the staff sorted things out efficiently when needed, something i always appreciate.
the air conditioning system is centralized, preventing individual temperature adjustments in the room.

the under-bed storage maximized space, offering plenty of room for luggage. all necessary toiletries were available and generously provided. the tv also included a screen share option, very convenient to use.

This helped avoid long waits. a bus stop directly outside offered convenient access to shibuya, quite handy. i noticed the option to store luggage for free, always a plus.

The staff was friendly! they also offered a complimentary drink upon check-in. That was a kind gesture. the check-in and check-out processes were easy and fast, so i had no complaints there.

I am very pleased with the staff's service and warm hospitality. The cleanliness provides overall comfort. I have recommended this place to many. I look forward to my stay early next year.
Adjusting the air conditioning was not possible, as it was only controlled centrally. This made the room uncomfortably warm.
