the room was spacious. a large bed easily accommodated two adults and one child. the bathroom was also spacious with every essential item provided. i found ample towels and lots of space for luggage.
check-in was not smooth. i forgot my passport during internal travel in japan. i faced more hassle about this than on the rest of my trip. the check-out machine malfunctioned, which i found frustrating.

The location was convenient, especially since it connects directly to the airport terminal.
The room lights were hard to operate. It took us a while to figure out how to turn them off, and the staff didn't initially know either. This difficulty, combined with the higher price point.

the hotel is directly connected to terminal 2. this made my early morning domestic flight stress-free. pyjamas were available in the room, along with a toothbrush and toothpaste.
Check-in was slow because of the paperwork. the restaurant portion size was small. I returned my meal. i found no storage space for luggage in the room.

i found the room a bit underwhelming for the price i paid. the bathroom seemed dated, and there was some green corrosion near the toilet. a plastic shower curtain was in the bathtub. i expected better for what i spent.
