the staff were very nice. i liked the option to choose my own pillows and personal items. the location provided easy access to transport links (which was important for my travel plans).
the room was very small compared to other hotels i have stayed at. cleanliness was questionable, as i found dust in the room. the wifi was very poor (, made it difficult to work).

the location is amazing it's close to many subway stations including the main station i found transportation to and from airports and trains easily there are great restaurants nearby too i loved the onsen it was clean and relaxing after a busy day. the staff were amazing they helped me with everything i needed their kindness and hospitality were excellent the lady who worked at breakfast was so kind.
the pillows felt very uncomfortable it was hard to sleep i had to borrow an extra pillow from reception the room also had little storage space , made it difficult to unpack my belongings.

convenient stay near station

the location is excellent for transport. i liked onsen facilities and free drinks with snacks available. i also liked the variety of pillows. breakfast offers a good selection too.
the beautiful double rooms have a desk, this makes it hard to walk around. it feels like an obstacle. cleanliness was questionable, there was dust above the desk.

the front desk staff were friendly. they offered assistance and greeted guests. they communicate effectively. they also provide a delivery service for packaging items which is nice.
