The location was great for accessing many key metro lines. I found familymart, lawson, and 7-eleven right at the doorstep which was very useful. The bathroom was very clean. It featured a spacious design plus a nice hot shower and bathtub. Staff members were courteous and quick with both check in and check out.

The hotel provides convenient access to several metro stations including asakusa and ginza line. Tokyo train station is within reasonable walking distance, perfect for catching the shinkansen to other destinations. A 7-eleven is conveniently located across the road.

The room featured a spacious design and modern style. I found blankets very comfortable that helped me to fall asleep easily. Plenty of towels were available with an excellent housekeeping service .

The hotel included a good breakfast with fresh fruits and salads. Coffee and black tea were of good quality here. I especially enjoyed the italian restaurant in the hotel as i found great pasta and pizza.

the hotel is conveniently near the ginza itchome station. multiple convenience stores are just steps away. i found charging cables with varied adaptors useful, and pyjamas were a nice touch. triple c green tea toiletries in the room were lovely.
i noticed the hotel lacked a gym.
