Really good location WITH fabulous views

I found the location fantastic at the top of the nun's valley. The staff were great, a real pleasure. Food was good and the room was very comfy I must say. I would LOVE to stay again some time.

The suite had two twin beds and ONE queen bed with a private terrace. It overlooks the mountain valley it IS really nice. It was clean, and had all the amenities.

The hotel had a souvenir shop on the outside area IT'S really convenient. The location is situated in a serene spot THAT'S very relaxing. You can enjoy a swim in the swimming pool and relax in the jacuzzi.

I totally enjoyed the hotel view and the cleanliness of my family room. the location is awesome for walks and exploring the area right around the hotel. i especially liked the walk up to the viewpoint that starts just outside. I found it an easy and very rewarding way to begin my day. i was so glad to have visited the viewpoint before the buses arrived with other tourists. i took full advantage of the spacious bathroom and enclosed balcony.
the gym had two broken electrical machines and i told someone but nothing happened. it impacted my workout routine slightly.

the family room featured two twin beds and one queen bed that had a private terrace overlooking the mountain valley. the room was clean and had all the amenities, including comfortable quality pillows with both soft and firm options.

the breakfast offered many choices and it was especially good for gluten free options. the hotel restaurant provides a quality local cuisine, and the restaurant team is very friendly and helpful. i really appreciated the range of options available daily.

this hotel has a serene location overlooking the valley. the surrounding area is amazing and easily accessible for exploring. i found it convenient to walk to nearby attractions and enjoy the views from this wonderful mountain location.

mixed feelings about my stay
inadequate soundproofinglimited breakfast
I must express my disappointment with several aspects of my stay. the soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms. the breakfast selection also fell short of expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber. canned fruit is unacceptable, in my opinion.
