Convenient Stay , Great Location

Getting an uber was simple. The zoo was nearby , only a short walk. A lidl supermarket was directly across from the building. The hotel lobby felt family-friendly, and the reception area looked inviting. The laundry facilities were convenient for my needs. The staff were helpful during check-in.
The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It was either too hot or only lukewarm.

The room had a desk and a pull-out table , which was very practical. The bathroom looked modern and clean. A full kitchen provided all essential amenities for preparing meals.

A grocery store is located one block from the main entrance. This made it easy to purchase food and beverages. Two restaurants are also one block away , offering italian and thai cuisine.

The location is very convenient with several supermarkets nearby. The staff are really helpful. I was able to get to Uhlandstrabe underground station quickly.
The bed was uncomfortable and reminded me of a sleeping sofa. The pillows offered little support. I found hair on the bed upon arrival and the shower gel was empty.

The room was great. It had everything one might need.
The room wasn't very clean. There was quite a lot of dust. I also found some dirty dishes. It was difficult to sleep because I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms.
