Pure delight in every detail
quiet room spa facilities delicious restaurant friendly staff
The room was spacious and beautifully designed. It was quiet with excellent soundproofing. The spa facilities are fine and the staff are wonderful. I booked a massage and it was one of the best I've ever had (I mean it!). The rooftop restaurant was also delicious, with really kind staff.

Service throughout the hotel was excellent from reception to breakfast. The evening service readied the room for the night. Slippers are placed on a silk sheet next to the bed (a lovely touch!). The staff are very kind.

The staff was super cute when i arrived! they sorted out my luggage immediately and valeted my car to a nearby parking garage. the staff acted fast! they were polite and all my requests were promptly handled. the spa was nice and quiet. I enjoyed it a lot.
The room was okay, but the layout was very strange.. very shocking! and disappointing! there was no housekeeping after 11pm, so i did not get fresh towels when i asked after returning from sightseeing and dinner. there was no concierge available when i left in the morning around 4:30am. I had to get my own luggage down from the room.

wonderful stay
quality linen clean hotel
the bed was large and very comfortable with excellent quality bed linen i appreciate that. the bathroom included both a shower and a bath so i could choose. the entire hotel displayed beautiful decorations and it was everything was super clean so it was very good.
during check-in, the staff offered prosecco which felt a bit awkward while standing in winter clothing so it needs improvement

smooth stay at a central location
central location welcome drink wide variety
i appreciated the central location near the opera house and many restaurants it was easy to walk everywhere the room was clean and modern with a well-stocked minibar the staff provided a welcome drink upon arrival a nice touch after a long journey. i found the included breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from.
i experienced slow service in the bar area once i had to wait longer than expected for my order to be taken and delivered
