the staff was super helpful and friendly. my room was a perfect size. the bed was comfortable. it made for good sleep. the location is also nice.
i was given an upgraded room through bookingcom. it was on the front of the hotel so there's quite a lot of tram and vehicle noise. about midnight, a local nightclub started some seriously loud music.
