the room included a large bed and a super clean bathroom. i appreciated having a kettle in the room, so i could easily make tea. breakfast offered many choices and the staff were nice.
the tv in my room was not working properly. i would have appreciated it if this was fixed .

the hotel is close to the park, and i walked there every morning. its central position allowed easy access to local attractions. i found it very convenient for exploring the city.

The reception team was efficient during check-in. Kim provided helpful information! The restaurant team were positive and hardworking. I really appreciated waiter Daniel. The location is superb. It is close to many key areas. I was actually surprised with birthday greetings from the reception team!
The kettle was placed in the room without a nearby plug. It was a minor inconvenience.
