Solid stay, few minor points.
big selection modern decor large pool area
The breakfast had big selection with a relaxed feel. Rooms included modern decor and were quite clean. The pool area was pretty large and it was nice to see folks not reserving sunbeds super early.
The air conditioning didn't seem very effective. I noticed it was barely changing the temperature in the room. The air con in the supermarkets felt stronger.

expansive buffet comfortable sun loungers clear signage ineffective air conditioning
the breakfast buffet was expansive (i really enjoyed the fresh fruit options). i also found the pool area to be very well-kept with comfortable sun loungers. i spent several afternoons there relaxing.
the lack of clear signage around the hotel made navigation confusing. the in-room air conditioning wasn't very effective even after i reported this to the reception.

great place to stay!
large bed tea coffee walk-in shower friendly staff
my room included a large bed. the room also had tea and coffee making facilities. i found a lovely walk-in shower in the bathroom. the staff seemed friendly and accommodating.
the lifts were sometimes slow, as there are only three for six floors. i had to wait a few times.

mixed feelings about this hotel
unavailable shuttle loud machine
Check-in was a mess, as a cleaner used a loud machine while i was trying to get information. i also wanted to book the shuttle, but it wasn't available. They should have notified guests. the lack of shuttle service forced me to spend 45 euros on taxis.

perfect view coffee machine daily cleaning
My room included a coffee machine and a fridge. I had a balcony with a perfect view. Daily cleaning brought fresh towels. The breakfast offered many options. Dinners also had many choices.

Wonderful Seaside Escape
easy access pebble beach
I found the location really good. It offered easy access to the pebble beach. A few steps led down to it, a very convenient arrangement. They were always ready to help. I appreciated the birthday cake. I received it as a surprise .
The machine coffee was not really coffee. It was a very minor issue, though.

The hotel features a terraced area surrounding a swimming pool. There is an outdoor bar and an eating area, both are conveniently located. The pool area includes sun loungers and parasols . The setting created a serene atmosphere.

Acceptable stay, some issues with facilities
The room was lovely and modern. Some staff worked very hard and were immaculate at all times.
I was disappointed to find that some of the facilities were closed towards the end of my stay. In my opinion, this should not happen in a four-star hotel. Guests should be able to use all facilities for their entire stay after paying good money.
