standard fridge fresh towels daily cleaning
our room offered a safe at no extra charge. a standard size fridge was available, i found it useful. the hotel provided fresh towels and cleaned the room daily.
the socket layout was quite basic, and there weren't any sockets near the beds.

Mixed Experience. Some Issues Noted.
noisy environment cold pool
The noise was a problem. Scraping chairs and slamming doors created disturbances at all hours. Cleaners were also noisy early in the morning, even when I wanted to sleep in. The pool was consistently in the shade. This made the water and the loungers very cold, so I could not use it.

terrible noise level scraping sounds
breakfast was lovely. i guess it met my bare minimum expectations.
the noise level, oh my god, was terrible. you could hear everything through the walls. the cleaning staff seemed to enjoy rearranging furniture early.

the room included a fridge i found very useful. my room was quiet adding to my relaxation. i particularly loved the big bed in my room. i would consider staying at this hotel again.

daily maid service kept the rooms super clean throughout my stay which was excellent. the staff members were friendly and approachable always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests i had.

Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues
perfect location fresh food helpful staff cold pool no coffee machine basic socket
The location was advantageous. It was right at the beginning of the Levante beach promenade. The breakfast offered much variety with plenty of fresh food. Staff members were super friendly and helpful.
The pool was advertised as heated but it was cold. There was no coffee machine or tea-making facility in the room. The socket layout was basic and there were no sockets by the beds.
